Speak Up is an independent reporting channel available to all employees, third party contractors, customers, suppliers and members of the public. Speak Up enables you to advise the Company of situations that you believe are inconsistent with our Business Principles or potential breaches in laws, regulations or standards which may require investigation.

Such situations may include: Ethics and compliance issues, such as financial reporting, bribes or conflicts of interest Employee relations and human resources issues, such as harassment, discrimination, or misconduct action Loss prevention and asset protection issues such as criminal activity (for example fraud, threats and violence, alcohol/drug abuse or internal theft) security and protection of assets and facilities or involving harm to the environment Health and safety, such as taking unnecessary risks, not following mandatory guidelines or false reporting

Your issue will be handled promptly, confidentially and if you want, anonymously. IP addresses are not captured from web-based communications, ensuring anonymity is maintained. You will be given a unique tracking number, allowing you to receive a response or provide more information.
